The organization operates in the chemical industry, and leadership is increasingly hearing about Product Carbon Footprints, Scope 3 emissions, and supply chain transparency, but there is not yet a clear understanding of what this means in practice.
Your task is to prepare a clear and structured presentation that explains what LCA is, why it matters for the business, and what it would take to run the first study for one of the company’s products. The goal is not to teach LCA in detail, but to help stakeholders understand the concept and build internal support for starting an initial LCA pilot project.
